What is a small sharing group?

A small group is made up of 6 to 12 people – neighbors, friends, colleagues – who meet regularly to experience 3 essential dimensions:

Hospitality: a joyful conviviality where everyone feels loved and supported.
Sharing: looking at life in the light of the Word of God to make human and spiritual progress.
Prayer: Open your heart to God and to what’s essential.

When and how do the meetings take place?

Each small group meets every 15 days.

The process is very simple:

• •  hospitality fosters a trusting exchange of an important point,
  • an experience, a joy or a sorrow since the last meeting.
  • This is followed by a time of sharing the Word of God.
  • Finally, a moment of prayer and interiority.

• • Each participant commits to confidentiality and discretion, listening, kindness and respect for differences.
    We welcome the sharing of others, without commenting on it or offering solutions.
    Attention to others with the M&M (Maximum of meaning with Minimum of words) guideline.
    Everyone is free to share or not
